We guarantee that all of our batteries have at least 80% of their total life left. How long they will last depends on how frequently you use the scooter, but a typical Ninebot ES4 electric scooter will have around 1000 "charge cycles" before the battery dies. Charge cycles are the number of times the battery has been recharged from dead to empty. Every one of our scooters has under 200 charge cycles of use. You will receive a diagnostic print out with your scooter battery life at the time of purchase so you can see how much life is left. If you're not satisfied with it, we will happily replace it with another scooter or you can return it for a full refund.
